| News 4 Local News RENO Wooster teacher under investigation for improper relationship with student resigns June 30, 2005, 08:48 AM A Reno high school teacher accused of having an improper relationship with a student has resigned. That's according to a report in Thursday's Reno Gazette Journal. Christopher Stirrup was one of two teachers at Wooster High School who was under investigation for alleged inappropriate conduct with a student. Steve Mulvenon with the Washoe County School District said they received Stirrup's resignation Wednesday. School police were looking into claims that Stirrup had an improper relationship with an 18-year-old student.
