| August 11, 2005 Teacher arrested for solicitation of a minor By: Associated Press Killeen Police have charged middle school teacher Jose Luis Solis with Criminal Solicitation of a Minor. Solis, who was arrested after a four-month investigation, taught eighth grade history at Live Oak Middle School. The Killeen Independent School District placed Solis on administrative leave pending an investigation. Criminal Solicitation of a Minor is a second-degree felony punishable by two to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.
