Teacher Accused of Exposing Himself in Park LAST UPDATE: 11/22/2005 6:10:45 AM Posted By: Walker Robinson A high school teacher in Edgewood ISD was arrested Monday afternoon, accused of exposing himself in a park, News 4 WOAI learned. District officials told News 4 WOAI they were informed by San Antonio Park Police that Fernando Casteneda was arrested at Concepcion Park. Casteneda is a literacy teacher at Memorial High School, the district said. He was put on paid administrative leave while the investigation is conducted, officials said.
