Freda Russell, who is a teacher a Fruitland Elementary School, allegedly followed her husband to a woman's apartment, Local 6 News reported. Investigators said Russell then pushed her way inside the home and tried to stab her husband in the face with a fork. She was arrested after the alleged attack.
