| Thu, 28 Jul 2005 Bell Gardens Teacher Arrested For Allegedly Having Sex With Student A Bell Gardens high school teacher is facing charges Thursday of having sex with a student, NBC4 reported. Police arrested music teacher Rene Biggel at about 11 a.m. at the school. A tipster reportedly called police to register suspicions that a female teacher was having an "improper relationship" with a student, police said. Charges include allegedly "participating in sex acts with a child under the age of 18" and alleged "molestation of a child under the age of 18," NBC4 reported.
